Wish I could give this awful company 0 stars. This place is the devil and the people that work there could care less about people. They have lied and cheated me. As a realtor I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are trying to tack on an extra 300 dollars a month to my mortgage. 1st saying that my house didn’t have insurance and to send them proof of insurance and it would all be taken care of and I did that. Nothing not even a word back from them. Then they said it was because my taxes went up and my taxes only went up a extra $300 dollars and they’re trying to charge me an extra $300 a month. The only answer I hear back is that the charges are correct. I do the math with them on the phone and they’re dumb founded stating oh let’s have a investigation and we will get back to you. Each time an investigation goes on I never hear back and when I follow up they state that they’re correct but the numbers make no logical sense. Who’s doing their investigation monkeys? This company is either ran by ignorant apes or a bunch of crooks.

In my 7 years working as a "Certified Short Sale Negotiator", I have never had such a negative and poor experience as this past transaction with a Daniel Montez in Irvine Tx. I have dealt with all major banks and servicing institutions but have never had to deal with any associate that has harassed, threatened and insulted a home owner such as Mr. Montez has. I have never dealt with an associate that appears to be taking this short sale as a personal transaction. Our jobs is to negotiate in good faith and attempt to come to a solution for all parties. WA State has a very aggressive law in place for these type of practices when a company fails to negotiate in good faith, it appears it is time to file that complaint. Mr. Montez needs to go back to a training class and I will make sure I make aware future associates the practices of BSI Financial and Daniel Montez.

BSI is the worst finincial institute i have ever deal with, first of all people keep up with your balances, they have reps that have no Ideal on how to read a bank statement, also it will take you forever to get a return call from there so called Manager Norm still waiting, the offer no good solutions but they will never call u back this is not a profressional company keep track of your statements and report all problems to Fair housing and trade commision anyone that will listen because I have also been hung up on because the rep can;t answer the question I will also be making a complaint to congress man of my county anyone that will listen since they will not comply nor return the call and this is my opion what;s your keep the comming

They area bunch of crooks. They collect for Atlantic Pacific Mortgage located in NJ. They threatened to foreclose on me. Refused to accept my payment trying to get me to do a loan modification. When I refuse the loan modification they kept harassing me. I was forced to pay attorney fee because of the treat of foreclosure even though Wellsfargo had sent them the checks for the two months behind because NJLPSU switch company that did their bill pay

Jump off a bridge before doing business with BSI.The worse mortgage services you can find. You get no resolution if there is an accounting error on their part. When you call customer service they give you the run around, make promises that do not come through. I have been dealing with an accounting error for the last three weeks, several phone calls to C.S., many hours spent on the phone with no resolution. Next step is legal action.

i got note from state treasurer stating property taxes are past due. i have surplus of funds in escrow account for at least 5 times amount, yet BS company refused to pay escrow. spoke to most rude, clueless people in their office. they even hung on me! now i have attorney. Suggesting to all homeowners who had to deal with BS financial = LETS GET TOGETHER AND START CLASS ACTION! contact me....

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. The people are fine once you get them on the phone but good luck trying to get a live person. They will make you wait and then have you leave a message claiming they will get back to you.. which in my experience, does not happen
