By far the worst company I have ever delt with. Thier employees go as far as hanging up the phone on me fpr just trying to receive information that they dont have or dont want to give you. I tried making a payment and sending them copies of my new insurance and got hung up on twice before any one could give me a fax number to send in my info. You pretty much become thier b**** once youve signed a contract with them. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!
We have had nothing but trouble using this company. Financed a car thru them, left the dealership had the vehicle for over 2 weeks then they asked for it to be returned due to my job title and not having enough Family References. Jose there was super rude and condescending. I wouldn’t recommend them to ANYONE. And because of their lack of professionalism the dealership we were working for lost out on selling not 1 but 2 cars.
This is by far the worst finance company to deal with. The employees there are all very uneducated and beat around the bush. They answer questions based upon what they think not know, which leads to other problems. The supervisor is also extremely rude, her name is Don Marie. I would never recommend this finance company to anyone. Save yourself the headache and stay away.
Worst experience. First they incorrectly reported my loan as defaulted to the credit agencies within one month of having the car loan. I had not missed one payment and always pay on time. It has been over a year and I have not been able to get this resolved. The credit agencies I have contacted on multiple times and am not getting anywhere.
I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH LOBEL THE PAST 15 YEARS ALL THE CUSTOMER TOLD ME ITS THE ONLY FINANCE COMPANY HELPED US WHEN OUR LUCK WAS DOWN WITH ALL BANKS SO THANK YOU LOBEL KEEP THE GOOD JOB BY HELPING THE PEOPLE TO GET THEM ON THE ROAD. IF ANY BODY SAYS OTHERWISE THAT IS MEAN THEY DID NOT PAYS THERE BILLS AND BLAMING IT ON LOBEL
Horrible. Absolutely horrific. Stay away from this poor excuse of a business. They take advantage of people with poor credit to charge fees and make up their own rules. I have never experienced a business with such poor customer service and business practice. This company should be ashamed of themselves.

We love doing business with this loan agency. They are always taking risks on customers with challenged credit because they believe in second chances. When many institutions say no, Lobel always steps up to the plate and gets the job done!

This company is by far and past horrible poor customers service and like to charge outrageous fees and if u get one payment behind they will repo your car found this out out after doing a contract over seas.
Horrible customer service, i just called in for there fax number and got in an argument on why i was calling their number. I called the branch in Anaheim, ca, and this is not the first encounter with them

Lobel Sacramento office is a great office the staff is outstanding and very attentive. Especially the Branch Manager Dawn Marie and the assistant manager Mari Rossette
