My boyfriend and I are attempting to collect all the original Disney Movies and we have learned this is quite difficult to do if you want the movies in unopened cases, learning this we decided to check out thrift stores, pawn shops and yard sales. We went into this pawn shop just to browse and found ourself very interested in 7 movies and a 32 inch flat screen TV, they offered us the deal of a lifetime, the TV and 7 movies for $160.00, needless to say- we took it. The TV works wonderfully and one of the movies was not even opened! The guys were very attentive and helpful although upon our arrival I did feel a bit uncomfortable by the way I was greeted, after browsing we started to feel more comfortable and even joked around a bit with the guys and their 3 beautiful dogs.

They tried to rip me off telling me the item I had was no longer worth what I paid for it. Yet when I went to the store it was the same exact price. Be careful if your a girl going in there, they WILL try to rip you off if they think they can get away with it.They are no better than a damn auto repair shop. I have called them twice to ask about items. Each time they have a short know it all attitude. Like I said, you got something to pawn , send your man in there or you are going to get ripped off.

I as well had to pawn something that I truly love. They were so rude and nasty almost like they looked down on me for having to pawn my jewelry to pay my rent during a bad month. I went back and bought back my jewelry and attitudes were still nasty (like always). That was a year ago. Now I have to do the same again (thank you summer) and I will NEVER go back to this place again. I felt like a criminal just for paying my bills!!! they need to find a new profession!

Everyone there is absolute assholes and morons... Horrible customer service and ridiculous offers.... They had the audacity to offer 60 bucks for a $4000 watch.... Then they laughed and said I was out of my mind when I said I wanted $800..... Will never go back and dont recommend anybody goin here......

WORST customer service ever. Would never return to that business again and seems from the other reviews that I am not the only one. They do look down upon people who are struggling and just need a little help from time to time.
