I just wanted to say thank you so much to your staff especially Ms. Rosienna (excuse me if i spelled that wrong) for helping me with my financial situation. I am a recently married and new father that was laid off of work about 5 months ago. I recently returned to work but because of salary hadnt gotten paid in almost a month. I was really frustrated and admittedly pretty scared of not being able to provide for my new family. To make an EXTREMELY long story short, Ms. Rosy (as i will call her) helped me TREMENDOUSLY to be able to pay my bills and for the first time in months by food for my family. With this new job i am now back on my feet and with the help of Ms. Rosy and your staff, my family can live a lot better. I just wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart, and i apologize for an frustration I showed speaking with you.
I have an account with Vystar and Community first Credit union. When Me and my family were shopping for a car we went to Vystar and Comm. First Credit Union to apply for a loan, they told us that "though you have an excellent credit but we cannot approve you for $60,000 for your new car and suggested that we can only approve you for $25,000". Me and my wife went to 121 Financial Credit Union (121 FCU), they approve us at a spot for $60,000 at 1.7% rate to purchase our new 2014 Toyota Sequoia, and even gave us $200 rebate for financing with them-UNBELIEVABLE. Since then, I moved all our banking to 121 FCU. This is a true story that took place December, 2013- during Christmas. They (121 FCU) even gave me $50 for referring a new customer to them. I will definitely recommend this bank to everyone .

I recently set up a commercial account with Dale. It was a bit complicated due to the nature of our corporation, but Dale was very patient and helpful through the entire process. Was sadly suprized by how Unresponsive the loan officers and loan dept Managment . Was In the market for mortgage and or a home equity product and could not get anyone to follow through with simple call backs . Seriously considering closing my accounts and taking my business elsewhere
Worst bank ever! Just cashed my check yesterday and deposited some cash! And today I went to the store to make a 2.00 dollar purchase and it would not work. Then I tried to go online and see what is going on and the system is down! They suck because the merged with another bank
18 people in line inside and car wrapped around the building on the drive thru, who made the decision to close other branches on a Saturday??
Nice credit union and people overall...but hold times on telephone customer service are terrible.
I love this bank! Close to my house, work and my kids school. The customer service is grade A !
