Awful experience. Went in last night to help a friend via Western Union and the teller was quite vague on the information I needed. This morning, the recipient had trouble accessing the funds. So I had to play phone tag with Western Union and Amscot to find out Amscot entered my name incorrectly as last name first and first name last. Mind you, I made sure everything on the form was correct. Nothing was double checked with me. They just let that happen and the only way for me to fix it is to go all the way back to that location on behalf of THEIR error. Unfortunately, a waste of time. Convince your friends to get a Paypal.

Manager is terrible. Other amscot stores have always been capable, not great but capable. This one has the WORST Staff. Wasted over an hour here doing what other amscot can do in 5 minutes. Fire the manager, and rework the stafg.
