Besides a safe location, the owners are so faithful and trustworthy that I would never consider pawning my jewelry anywhere else! For many years, customers have frequented this business location for economic reasons and honest values for personal items. Incoming merchandise received at A&F is weighed and appraised accordingly, to current market prices and future sales value to purchasing customers. All pawn loans are secured with collateral and an expected pick up date, which can be extended based on valid circumstances. Whether you are buying and selling or just pawning personal items, there is no finer location to shop first. Go see for yourself and give your honest review? I have been a customer at the A and F pawn shop for over 15 years the owners have always been trustworthy, informative, helpful , and polite. I have always received the highest amount possible when it comes to a loan, and the lowest amount possible when retrieving my merchandise out of pawn. I have to say this is one of the friendliest and most professional pawn shop I have ever been to. I have had to get a loan on my engagement ring a couple times and I got a great price on it. Plus, i felt safe with it being there. Eventhough, the area isnt the greates my items were locked up and the shop has security cameras everywhere. Ever since, I have stumbled across this pawn shop I will nevet use another one. They also have great deals on jewelry and payment plans.

when I met Richard and his wife I was at the pawn shop at the time that they where taking over the pawn shop from Tony the previous owner, ever since I have only good things to say about them, they are courteous, friendly, kind, they are willing to help and work with you, not like others pawn shops I have been to previously; A&f pawn keep up the good work .I vote you #1 in sarasota. I was looking for a short term loan and a low rate, I found this family owned pawnshop that I felt comfortable leaving my items. I liked their low rates, My loan was $1000.00 dollars and I only paid 12% a month, no other place in the area beat that rate. Small nice clean shop. I hope to come back in the future to buy jewelry because they have good prices. Thank you A&F Pawn!

Out of all the Pawnshops I went to, so I could sell my coins this was the worst place in Sarasota. Unless you are selling tools, DVD’s or Gold they are not interested. I agree with others it’s not the best part of town, I went during the day and felt safe, it was the way I was treated. Terrible.
