If i could give 10 stars i would. I was definitely blown away with my experience at this location. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very courteous. This was my first time at this location, upon entering i was greeted with a genuine welcome by the assistant manager, she asked if i was looking for anything special today and i told her i was shopping for a gift for my wife, she asked all the right questions and poi nted me to exactly what i needed. She cleaned all the jewelry pieces for me with out asking and packaged the items nicely in a box and gift bag. She also let me know that if i needed a loan later on the items i bought that she would personally take care of me and only charge a 10% interest rate for the pick up amount for the full 30day term. I will recommend anyone to do business with this location! I will be telling all my friends!

I normally go to godfather ,... but driving by this cash America location today I saw a sign that said 10% loans. I decided to check them out. Glad I did!! They are doing 10% on all jewelry loans for the life of the loan. The other pawnshop was only for 2 weeks!! I will defiantly be going to this Cash America location for all my loans. The employee (Jonah) was very nice and quick!! Happy Customer :)

Ever since Ralph and his crew left the store to Godfather Pawn down the street by the 417 its never been the same at Cash America they have bad nasty attitude, never want to help you out. So now I go to Godfather pawn for 10% loans and great prices on merchandises. I give them a 5 STAR! Best pawn store in Orlando.

walked in with some nice compound bows i asked what they could do and the manager comes out saying sorry i cant do much because there left handed bow but they were right handed he had no clue what he was talking about he knew nothing about bows RIP OFF!!!!!

Horrible customer service. I stood in line for 30 minutes while employees just stared at me basically. More than enough staff to help out though. If youve got enough time to do jury duty you may just be able to pawn something.

This place is a scam. I went in to pawn my music equipment tried to cheat me out. Then I went to THE SAME PAWN SHOP just down the road and they offered me A better price for my items. I will never come back here.
