Was cashing my paycheck through the drive through teller 9/1/2017. I waited for the lady to finish up with the other customer. Once they pulled away and another customer pulled up, she started helping them, even though i had been waiting longer. Then when i finally get her attention, because at this point she is just chatting with the other customer, she asks what i want to do with my check. I started to say i wanted it deposited in checking, and went to ask for some cash back and she cut me off and said ok, then started talking to the other customer. I got my check deposited and no cash back. I ended up driving over to the Broadway location because the 1st street location is the worst in the branch. They always treat me as an inconvenience when i am there, and Broadway location treats me as family. The 1st street bank needs more training and to get rid of some of these rude employees,
This branch needs to do some re-training in customer service and maybe hire some employees who would like to interact with the public in a helpful manner. A very disappointing experience. You should be embarrassed as a company.
Have had an account with them since I was a kid. Have only ever had minor problems with them, and they were always quick to sort it out.
