UPDATE: Management reached out to me and made this right! It shouldnt have had to come to that, but I appreciate them taking care of the situation. The original loan process was relatively easy, had multiple requests for information, but once I provided everything it was all good. Earlier this month tried to refinance, after receiving Several emails stating that I could refinance. I submitted the application and was unable to verify my bank online. It was a week later and when I emailed for an update was told that I needed to upload bank statements, etc. So i did that, and when i just tried to get an update I am told that the application expired and I could not get the refinance, I could try again 30 days after the last application. Obviously I needed the funds or I wouldnt be trying to get the refinance. I called in and she told me I could apply again in 9 days otherwise there is nothing she could do. Although it was their lack of communication that made it so that I didnt submit the documents on time. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ZERO. Extremely lacking. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. I wish I could pay them off right now and be done with them, but unfortunately I cant.

Went with opploans for a D/C loan, application was easy, then they asked for bank statements ( no problem ) 48 hrs later I called to get an update, they said they need more screenshots of balances, I sent those. Another 48 hrs I call again to get an update, guess what? They need more bank statements. I got an email saying just need to sign the contract, ... Finally I thought, nope, called today and they need the last 2 weeks of statements even though they were sent. I thanked my representative and said just cancel the whole application, applied with another company on Monday and had the funds deposited this morning. Why so much hassle with this company ???? I spoke with different people that seem to have no idea how do do paperwork or anything there, glad I got another loan with a lot lower interest rate then dealing with them anymore. Small loan or not, you lost money because your company could not tell me in one phone call what you needed the first time. Good luck with the phone games.

Process on-line was super easy. The information provided about other loan shark companies and repayment choices is very helpful. Brittany was my loan manager. She was super friendly and knowledgeable, great customer service. My loan was just approved in under an hour. This is such a relief to be able to get caught up and back on track. Thanks for a great experience. 08/18/2017 - After viewing my bank account I noticed a second payment was deducted. What you are not told is that you have to pay twice a month if you get paid twice a month. If you get paid once a month you pay once a month. I was never told this even after I specifically asked if I could split my monthly payment between 2 checks, I was told No it comes out monthly but I could extend the time to lower the payment. However I am grateful for the loan, BUT customer service needs to be more transparent and tell a customer that there are 2 monthly payments. Two payments a month does not help my situation of getting back on track.

I have used OppLoans for two separate loans and today I refinanced my second loan. Brittany assisted me today and she was wonderful. Friendly, fast to call me back and very helpful and willing to answer any questions I have. Every time I have used OppLoans, they have always been up front about terms and interest. They make the application process simple and fast, and if you are approved you will have your money fast too. They allow you to pay back your loan through AHC debits and the refinance process is quick an painless. As long as you qualify, this is a much better option when you need an installment loan than going through some other places such as the Cash Store which will charge way more interest. I have found OppLoans to be safe and secure and would recommend to anyone needing a fast loan. They will also work with you so that you can make sure that your payments are manageable.

I had a great experience with opploan a representative by the name of Neena "sorry about name spelling" assisted me and she went above and beyond to help me get the funding I really needed. Neena was very patient and more then helpful. I have already told several friends about my experience and the help I have received. Wether I would have receivec the fund or not I was more then pleased with the overall experience I will admitt that out of all the online loan organizations I have delt with Opploans is by far the best. I can honestly say I have never delt with such courtesy and professionalism ever. Thank you very much for helping me out in my time of need. Also to Neena I want to especially thank as she really helped. I am not a computer person and I believe she really understood and helped me retrieve documents I could not do on my own. Well my opinion on Opploans has changed tremendously. My first experience with them was not that well and I really believed it would be my last experience with them but their motto to make a customer happy and try their best to help is really TRUE!!! I received a call from Ernesto who was very nice and willing to help my situation. We had a few calls and emails to stay connected but he made sure I was able to get approved. He was knowledgeable about the process and how things would work. His customer service changed my opinion of Opploans and allowed me have a total different perspective on them. I appreciate them approving me during a difficult situation and also giving a hand after my first experience. Ernesto is a true professional and should be recognized for what he does. Thanks a lot to Ernesto and Opploans. Definitely will recommend them to anyone I know.

All i can say is WOW! I received a letter in the mail from OppLoans and was skeptical. I tried to handle my situation and as the bills piled up i knew I had to try and get some help. I went to the website, entered my offer number and started the process. Within minutes I received a call from Temeka Cartwright who was extremely helpful. I explained my situation and she was very professional and very helpful. She rewrote my loan and said she was submitting me for $3800 instead of $2000. I sat at work and bowed my head and prayed. Within 40 minutes I received the text and email that I was approved. I waited for Temeka to call and when she did and said that I was approved I was in tears. Temeka went above and beyond and needs to be recognized for her courteous and prompt service. THANK YOU!!!

I had a wonderful experience with this company and to be honest I was really shocked. Most companies now days have such bad customer service your rather not talk to anyone in the company. I was proven wrong yesterday I had a bad call with one of the managers at the company and was hung up on. I didn’t expect anyone to follow-up with me at all but within the hour I could not believe it but another manager by the name of Ross called me back apologize for the rude behavior and looked over my account with me. I have to say Ross gave me the best customer service I have ever had dealing with any company. I just want to thank Ross again for taking five minutes to let me know that this company cares about there customers.

The person I talked to regarding my application was Shari-She was not only very helpful with me but had a good sense of humor-in short on a scale of 1-10 I will grade Shari a 10. Thank you Shari for guiding me through the application process. I would like to also add that I have had to get money for family emergency on a couple of occasions and ended up going to a signature loan place where I felt that how could any loan place charge like 400% return and get away with it. Good thing I landed here what a relief it is. Hope Shari sticks around it would make others lives simpler when thier having financial issues. After all it is the American way of life at times.

Incompetent, rude and small minded, I had a loan with them and was trying to continue to re-establish credit. I explained that my bank had recently merged and i was unable to send a daily transaction report. They could not seem to grasp that concept. I have made all my current payments on time and explained to them that I have been holding my paychecks as it was not necessary to deposit them, I make weekly deposits from a side business. As a former Loan Broker, I was appalled at the lack of ability to comprehend a simple thing. They charge 99% interest, for the financing and one would think the management would have a vested interest in logical underwriting.

I was very hesitant about trying this. it was fast easy and was able to talk to a great woman. I was very pleased to have worked with opp loans- it was an easy smooth loan process. I worked with an advocate named Lisa. Lisa was very professional, and knowledgeable. When it came to questions I had she put in terms that was comforting to understand. She also had such welcoming deminer. When I had asked her to hold so I can submit paystub she was kind and very helpful. She answered all questions I had, and made me feel like this was the right company to work with. My first experience with opportunity loans was good. I know my husband and I needed help because we had some struggles. I got connected to a woman named tiffany. She helped me with getting verified and was patient with me because I not good at this online stuff. It took a little while to get the loan but it was the same day answer. After talking to tiffany again and helping me sign my loan agreement she was still very patient and polite. I got a quick response also from Christa also to say loan was approved. Thank u to the two ladies. I will commend talking with TIFFANY because she was so friendly and I enjoyed talking to her.

Sony was really helpful to me and accommodated all of my requests and needs. He is the epitome of customer service. The application process was relatively easy including the bank account verification segment. I also appreciate the fast approval process. It really helps to have a personal loan company that is willing to help those of us that may not be able to get approved for loans from conventional lenders. My only issues are the initial payment amount which is quite substantial and the interest rate that you charge which seems overly extensive. These issues are the only reasons that I did not give you 5 stars.

Got pre approved for $1000 went through everything signing the contract and verifying my bank account called to make sure everything was received and was informed that Jessica had to deny my loan because I had my direct deposit going to my savings account first which is linked to my checking account I received a live check the last pay period cause I switched to have my direct deposit go to checking account so they need to see this check for October 19 and to see another one after that go into the account beyond pissed both accounts are linked she see where every check went into this account bs
