I have had the most horrible experience ever with Heritage acceptance corp. I never knew there could be a business out here that rude & unprofessional. i mean this got to be the worst place of business ever. it should be something done about them. i purchased a vehicle from the worst sub-prime dealership ever. they are some crooks also. i wish i could go back in time and i would have never made this big mistake. i am now trying to get the finance company to report information correct on my credit report. Heritage acceptance is very hard to communicate with, they are just a horrible place of business that deal with the public. they should be put out of business. they repoed my vehicle and i only made one payment. the terms of the contract they set is ridiculous. they took my vehicle back in february 2014 and still trying to say they still got the vehicle. they are lying. they just dont want to give me a true deficiency balance, and report correct info to the credit bureau. i wish someone could get a class action lawsuit started against this company. i am looking into finding a attorney to file a suit. the way they treat people is un-heard of. i just want to let people know that if you have credit issues & you desperately need a vehicle, PLZ TRY TO SAVE & PAY CASH UNTIL YOUR CREDIT SITUATION GET BETTER !! donot deal with this company under no circumstance !!

Unfortunately, I can not give them zero stars. I bought my vehicle at twin city dodge in Lafayette, IN. They started off very nice and seemed to want to help me out, then when they learned that my credit was not the best, and that my other vehicle was unfixable everything changed. They could only put me in one vehicle (even though there were cheaper cars in better shape with less miles). Then they called their "bank", which of course is heritage acceptance corporation. The worst company I personnally have ever dealt with! Every person i have spoken to has been hateful and rude (with the exception of a lady named darcy). If they call you for any reason and you dont answer immediately, they hang up the phone and start calling all of your references and bugging and being rude to them. My payments are due on fridays and i work until 3:30 p.m., they start calling at 2:30 p.m. wanting to know why I havent made my payment yet. So every other friday i get off of work and have a voicemail from them, and 4 other people saying herritage called again today! Its rediculous. They are already screwing you with there interest rates, but then you have to deal with rude, nasty people. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE!!!!!! No matter how bad you need a vehicle, it is not worth dealing with them!

Heritage Acceptance is a horrible company. Whatever you do do not get a car loan with them. STAY FAR AWAY. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE ESPECIALLY A SUPERVISOR BY THE NAME OF ALICIA. MOST OF THE REPS TALK TO YOU ANY KIND OF WAY, DISRESPECTFUL, AND UNPROFESSIONAL. IF YOU ARE LATE BECAUSE OF UNEXPECTED SITUATION THEY TRY TO SCOLD YOU AND PUT YOU DOWN WITH REPO THREATS. DO NOT GET A CAR LOAN WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY CROOKS TRYING TO GET RICH OFF OF PEOPLE WITH NOT SO GOOD CREDIT. AND I REPEAT THE SUPERVISOR NAME ALICIA IS HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. PLEASE JUST HANG UP IN HER FACE IF SHE CALL YOU BECAUSE SHE WILL PISS YOU OFF WITH HER ATTITUDE AND CHOICE OF WORDS. NOW I HAVE HAD SOME COOL, NICE, REPS BUT ITS RARE. I HEARD THAT HERITAGE TRAIN THEIR EMPLOYEES TO BE MEAN TO CUSTOMERS TO SCARE THEM INTO MAKING ON TIME PAYMENTS WHEN LATE....NO MATTER WHAT THE SITUATION IS. YOU WILL BE BETTER OFF WORKING ON YOUR CREDIT AND THEN GETTING A CAR LOAN THROUGH A BANK LIKE CHASE, 5/3, A CREDIT UNION....STAY FAR, FAR, FAR, FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS, LIARS, DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE!!!!!!!!

I have had the best experience possible with Heritage Acceptance. They have been there for me and my family with both of our loans and I am honored to be able to work with ZOE who is the most amazing case manager. I have been able to build a relationship with her how a customer should be able to. Zoe has always been understanding and has helped me when I needed it most. I would like to say I gained a friend through Heritage. I have 2 loans with Heritage and I have never had an issue. I have never been mistreated by anyone of the staff especially Zoe. I truly hope that she is recognized for her outstanding customer service. Thank you Zoe for being a great person to work closely with for my financial needs. This is a BS company! As my wife stated below they are after nothing but money Yes we are on a every 2 week pay set. But I cant afford every 2 weeks because I have other bills due at the same time. But make no mistake 2 weeks later we pay the FULL $400 truck payment PLUS late fees. So tell me how am I behind? Never mind the almost 5 grand that we paid in Interest payments in the first year alone. We were struggeling and didnt have the money to pay the first few months and did receive some help.But we are now paid current( minus this weeks payment which will be made next week so the truck will be current) and still receiving calls. If I receive another call from this company about money I will drop insurance on this truck set it fire and call them to come get it as it rolls down a hill! Good Luck if you dare mess with them!!

So I went with a buy here pay here that went through Heritage of course. Ive had my car for two and a half year with a agreement of three years. I went with them bc I was young, had no credit, and needed a car. Now I cant say that Ive had any BAD experiences with them...Ive paid every single payment on time...But I will say their customer service is TERRIBLE!!!!! Most are extremely rude, and multiple times when I called to just see how much I owed, they would transfer me to nothing....From the reviews that I read, it just boils down to making your payments on time. If you do, they leave you alone...and the whole, "Bi-weekly" payments....that is terrible. I tried switching to just one payment a month and they said its not possible....yeah BS!!!!!!!!!!

I have never experienced a group of folks who are confrontational and lack professionalism with customer service. When I got off the phone with both the Rep "Alicia" and her regional manager "Trudy" I was angered beyond words. I have never took the time to type a review, but today, I deemed it necessary to do so. As a warning to anyone who has less than great credit....if you hear the name: Heritage, run for the hills. Your experience with this company will be challenging to say the least. They want to be recognized as having the same benefits like that of a conventional lending company but they act and operate like loan sharks. Worst experience I EVER had.

Heritage Acceptance is great! I’ve been with them almost a year and things have been smooth I recommend them. They have done so good by me. Especially Ann she is so amazing I appreciate her so much! She’s so much help and understandable. Don’t know what I’ll do without her. As long as you keep up to date with things and talk to them they will work something out with you no matter what. I’m honestly blessed I have somebody like Ann she’s so professional and handle her business she cares about the people as long you stay on top and communicate everything will be fine. Great finance company and I continue to look forward working with them in the Future.

I cant explain how happy i am with Heritage. Katie went beyound the limits to help me with getting back on track with my payments. I recently hurt myself at work and can no longer work. I have to go on disability. And just got divorced she left me in a bad way. I lost everything but my car. And she went out of her way to help me get everything back to were i needed to be with my payments. I have a 2005 Chrysler 300 I havent had any problems out of it at all. Its been very dependable. I love it! Also Tyler helped me a great deal also. You both work wonders! They helped me when I thought i lost it all. Thank you so very much Heritage/Katie/Tyler!!!!

I have tried to make a payment for over a week Angel at x 469 I must say should not be allowed to clean the bathroom of a place that has customers much less take payment over the phone she has the customer service skills of a chainsaw She has had me on the phone several times to the point of tears now i have lost my cool in two occasions finally made a payment Actually two I was trying to pay everytime i talked to her she is pure evil I truly believe the world would be a better place if she did not exist I also can honestly say I have NEVER in my life said that about a customer service rep she is TERRIBLE

These people are crooks that prey on those who have less than perfect credit. I have all paper work from day one and they continued to tell me several times i never made payments and i had to go to my bank get copies of my cashier checks to prove i did. they have people in their own employment quitting or stealing money. They make promises they never keep. I have been moved for two months and they still are trying to cause problems so i am now hiring a lawyer to sue them. Stay away from these people as the above person stated, if you hear this name run away fast as you can

June is Amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i love love love her and thank heritage for working with me sooooo much. They helped me stay in my vehicle through alot of rough patches!!!!! Maternity leave, laid off everything and they kept working with me!!! Hopefully my next car is through them as well, now we are on track. And again Junebug is amazing! She treats people with respect and always seems like she is smiling through the phone!!!!!!! Love her!!!! I think a promotion should be in order :)

I have had a wonderful experience with This company, Laurie is the rep I work with and she goes above and beyond to help. She is very professional and yet cares about the customers! I have been very pleased and would refer Heritage acceptance over and over!!! Thank you for helping me get back on track! If we are going thru Heritage then there is obviously some credit issues, as I see it this company goes beyond the limits to help I am most great full

DO NOT get an auto loan through these ripoffs! I was a good customer always on time for 4 years! They called and offered to let me have an early buyout for half of my payoff. I did so to save $500. THey then reported to my bureau as settled instead of account satisfied. NOw i have a paid auto loan that looks like i didnt pay in full. The customer service is mediocure at best and they dont uphold their promises. NOthing but lies

My experience with this company has been wonderful. From the beginning ive been talking with Zoey. Its been nice to be to be in contact with one person. Zoey has always been very helpful. I have went through some very hard times the last couple months and Zoey in my opinion has went above and beyond to make sure I know whats going on and has helped me keep my car. I had my first car loan with this company. Let me just say I will never ever do buisness with this company again! Where can i start. Very unprofessional, horrible customer service. This was one of the worst experiences i have ever had with any financial institution. Many years ago i was in a place where i had just started building up my credit, and had to use this soleless place to get a loan for a car.

Have an auto loan through them and am very satisfied, only complaint is the charge you to make a payment no matter how you pay over the phone or internet. My customer interaction with Gene was very pleasant so for him I give five stars for haver great customer skills .. but the extra charge for me already giving my money to them is a bit discouraging.
