I have been here three times to pawn items and everytime I have been given exceptional customer service. I have been treated graciously which is nice when you usually dont come in cause you want to anyway. Ive used other pawn shops and nobody compares to the customer service and ive dealt with three deffernt employees and they all offer the same customer service. I refuse to go anywhere else and will continue doing business and buying items from them in the future.

I have dealt with Chris and the crew at Jack & Dicks many times. They are a down to earth shop, while staying professional. They are a reliable FFL, and the cheapest I’ve found. They have a wide variety of weapons, and new inventory every time I go in. It is hard to find a locally owned shop that is willing to work on the price and not take advantage of you. Being the oldest Pawn Shop in Kansas speaks for the reputation.

They have a great selection and great prices! What sets them apart is the staff. They are always so friendly and eager to help! Privately owned pawn stores are a rare thing these days and I would Def recommend them over any corporate pawnbroker hands down! Plus the owner has a zz top beard and is always playing some killer guitar in there. Cant get any better than that!

This is the only pawn shop in town, it is a small crowded shop. They are there to make money, plane and simple. You better know what you are buying, because they probably do not have any more info either. Good place for DVD/Blu-Rays at least. I have not had any problems with the ones I have bought. If yours do not work you can exchange at least.

LOVE THIS STORE! Cheapest jewelry You can find anywhere!! They will test the diamond and gold right there before you buy! Very friendly staff, awesome prices, extremely trustworthy owner, even has a good return policy you wont see at other pawn shops!! Highly recommended!
