These people are the worst!!! I pawned a pair of diamond earrings worth$2500. I was not surprised that i only got 60 for the loan, but I was appalled that after calling them to see if it would be ok if i came in 2 days after the due date to pick the item up, for which they said no problem.....that was until i went in to pick my item up and they wanted more money, so when i asked how they worked the interest the female manager came out of no where and suddenly refused me to purchase them back and told all employees not to speak to me. She berated me and i plead with her to let me pick them up and asked repeatedly why she was treating and speaking to me the way she was. she was an absolute horror and all i did was ask a question, never have i been treated so poorly at a business. If you want a great a pawn shop where the people treat you like a customer go to chesapeake pawn, those guys would never do this and they talk to like a person

They are a total RIP-OFFFFF!!!! Every time I bring my items in, & just to let you know they are brand new items still in box, they lower the price. I asked them why do they keep lowering the price? They had no answer, so I kept asking & they said that was a long time ago,. I told them it’s only been 2 weeks., I showed them my receipt & once again they had nothing to say... these people people treat you like an idiot, have no respect, & try to play with your intelligence by giving you pennies for your items then turning around & selling them for nearly the cost of what you paid for them when you first bought it brand new!!! They treat people as if everyone was a crack-head or a heroine addict trying to give you the lowest price. I don’t recommend this place to anyone!!! They are horrible!!!

they sell broken items even though the owner claims to be an "expert" in audio. we were told the day we bought the thing its no good by 6 different shops yet benfit of the doubt was given and yet here i am having to write bad reviews over a stinking speaker. point is he is a snake in the grass do not use unless you want to buy broken stuff if you are ok with that then be my guest not to mention rude staff mostly minus one guy

This place is the worst place to do business. The staff are rude and the offer you low prices on products and then charge above retail when selling it. Steer clear of this pawn shop. And take your business elsewhere

Have been a customer at least 7 years. The staff has always been courteous,honest and respectful. If I am a day or two late-no problem. Prices are fair. Julie & David run a tight ship (and a pleasant one).
