NFCU, has my government paycheck going into my account with automatic paying car note, it started to take my money three times if I got paid 3 times within that month. I would call them to tell them to put it back into my account. They had part time job and they started taking my money when my car notes and other bill was paid up. Had to close my account stop automatic payment and how to pay my bills on my own. They just got sued from doing that take customers money out their account. It was so bad had to report them to FCC and BBB, and Consumer Affairs. Now I changed to another credit union, much better and yet I still pay my car note myself and credit card myself. Never trust me with your automatic payment, it’s a mess. You have the right to report them and they got sued for doing the same thing taking customers money out their account and holding paycheck. You can google it just put NFCU, sued in lawsuit. They don’t deserve 1, but they don’t have anything else. Had NF, since (1997), it’s getting worse, sorry but we all have experienced something this why we are leaving comments. For anybody who haven’t had any problems good 4U, trust me you will✌

The lack of professionalism at this branch is unnerving. The member service representatives are wonderful, unfortunately the management is sub-par. I had a unique issue with the atm and a cash deposit that went missing, and my experience with the manager, Jerry Dean, was outrageous and disappointing. You want to feel good about where you are storing your hard earned money, unfortunately this branch does not offer that comfort. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I have had one issue with this bank and that was contradicting matters with employees, however the operator on the phone at the time handled the situation well. Other than that I would recommend this bank to anyone.

This is the slowest, most crowded branch ive ever had to deal with. All i needed was a copy of my promisary note and it took 2 hours to print 2 sheets. Very disappointed in nfcu rockville. .

I had a few incidents at this branch. I had poor service with 3 tellers... Not impressed with management!! I keep banking with them for the other professional half.

I enjoyed my experience opening up my first bank account. The guy did seem unprofessional, the way he spoke, but he was quick and treat us extremely nice.

Never too busy and always someone that can help. Just like any bank it will have its problems. But the good definitely out weighs the bad.
