Starting the process of closing all of my accounts tomorrow. Was out of the country and could not withdraw funds. While friendly, the help on the phone never got me anywhere. After nearly $200 of international calls, I finally had to use my credit card to get an advance. It was tough to get anyone on the phone and I was left on hold many times. I am so frustrated with my experience!
The gap between an over-draft check and the email notification of three days is too long. If the fee is applied instantly, the email notification should also be sent out immediately. This would forestall $30.00 fees being charged for even small over drafts of $7.00 and if several automatic check payments are made the fees can add up at an alarming rate.
Fees that are worse then the banks in town and the WORST customer service I have ever expierienced at a Credit Union. Its almost like they are made to work there and they cant leave, IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB SO MUCH THEN LEAVE!!!
Everything change with the new own and the name is not the good customer service no more i am going to cancel my account today, i realy dislike this credit union i wish the united education credit union back
