Whenever I have to deal with customer service here it is a nightmare! Just getting through to someone takes at least 20 minutes. When you finally reach a live person, they act as if they are doing you a favor by doing what they are being paid for. I spoke to a least four different people concerning a mistake THEY made on my account and each one was ruder than the next. Funny thing is that I would not have had to call if the person who posts car payments to customers accounts did their job correctly! No apology no nothing! No stars are deserved!
I have had a car loan for about 10 years (yes, sad but true) and I must say, the staff has been more than patient and helpful with me get by some really bad financial times. I am back on track and I am more than thrilled they helped me weather the storm on my road to owning my car hopefully soon! Thanks Joanne & Darlene!
I called on the phone first and could not be happier with the service. I got connected with someone who cared to listen to my needs and was able to help me out. Great experience working with Kathleen Haak. I would recommend this credit union to anyone. ATM on site was also a very neat feature. Solid 5 stars from me!
The representatives were very helpful, I was in the process of purchasing a car and I could not get the dealer to give me the carfax. I explained this to the representative and she provided me with the carfax on the spot. Her help kept me from wasting my time and making a big mistake.

Cannot get through to them with help on an auto loan after receiving this bank letter. Been calling for 3 days straight. No customer service whatsoever! Even letter does not include ext number as asked me to call. I can not reach them. Terrible! !!!

This Credit Union used to be a thriving place of business with employees who knew what they were doing. Pinnacle has turned into a joke! Take your money out and run! Within the last 2 years the upper level management has ruined this Credit Union!

I have an account with them for three years. Dropping it this week. Very strange account activity over the past few months. There are too many other banking options out there.
I am completely disappointed. I cannot get through to customer service and have been trying for days to make a car payment. Online, website, and phone.... nothing
