I have been to numerous banks in my lifetime and not once have I been to one where there is nobody at a front desk and I had to wait 15 minutes before anybody came to acknowledge there were people here waiting. After the slight acknowledgment she disappeared for another 20 minutes and counting at which some other person decided to ask if I needed help . These people are very unprofessional from the way they interact with customers to how they dress. How can a business let their employees conduct business like that is beyond me.
I tried calling them all day, not once did anyone pick up the phone.... goes to "shoretel answering service" visited the office, it was closed at 9:15 am lets see if they answer email. BTW, when I called at 3:25 I got "The recording that said our offices are closed" well at least the answering machine keeps regular hours... kind of reminds me of those commercials for big banks and their lack of service
I would give it less than a 1 if I could. Every time I try calling no-one ever answers and the I get out to a static voicemail in which I never get calls back. I try getting information the one time I was in the phone and she repeatedly said the form is online but not what the form was called and how to find it. Worst customer service and bank. Taking money out today.
Horrible customer service. I applied for an auto loan and the loan officer would not answer my calls and was vague and not clear in regards to the information she wanted.(I think her name was Debbie).
In my opinion, I would have to say the worst bank. The service is ok when you actually go to the branch, but good luck calling them. They never pick up the phone. I lost my card and tried calling…….
Convinient location. I use this as a share branch for my credit union in Texas. I can complete transactions Velocity C.U. (in Texas) using this location.
They are there to build your credit and to better you. They are a real credit union. The only place , I trust my money.
Visiting the location is best when need something done. Calling does not always get things resolved.
They have always helped me in my time of need I totally love this establishment
