This place was great. Everyone i talked was really friendly. Eddy was very nice and patient with my USAA cash advance. I had that make a transfer and request a Cash Advance Limit increase with my own bank, and Eddy did not make me wait in line again. Im not sure where all the bad reviews derive from, but my experience was really nice. Eddy was everything a bank clerk should be and more.

I absolutely hate having to go inside of this bank. The line is always extremely long and they never have more than 2 tellers working. Going inside of this bank is like going to Walmart. I am definitely going to close my accounts and put my funds into a bank that knows the definition of customer service.

This is the slowest bank ever the tellers look very unhappy and unpleasant. They have four people standing around laughing and joking with only two tellers actually working.....the line was almost to the door and I stood in line for almost 30 mins and that was just for change !!!

The only reason I gave it one star is because there is not an option for zero stars. They had about half the tellers they needed for the amount of people waiting. Spent well over an hour withdrawing some cash and getting a new debit card ordered. Time to switch banks.
