I will never set foot back in that place. I was treated rulely by an employee with his mouth stuffed with food the entire time he socalled "helped me", I was looked at like I was crazy and that my things were the last thing on his mind. Threw my items down, would not even look at them and wanted to pitch a fit that my items were not complete...although they were and well taken care of. I understand if you do not want to buy my things...however there is a more respectable way to treat people coming into your stores. Start with taking the fish sandwich out of your mouth and treat people like humans, not dogs. STOP looking at people while they shop like "oh they must not be able to afford it". I probally make more money than any of you there. BUT I did not treat you like dirt. I was going to buy some movies and guitar that day, but since all this came into play before I could even look.....you best believe I took my business elsewhere.

They guy with the long hair needs to work on his customer service. He gave me the vibe that he didnt want to be bothered with me as soon as i came up to him. He gave me an attitude because i told him what another pawn shop affored me for my almost 900 dollar flute and he didnt want to negotiate.

The staff can be rude at times and the prices they pay for pawns tends to be low. However that being said I still tend to give most of my business to this location because other shops in the area tend to be far worse.
