Going through a chapter 7 Bankruptcy, did not reaffirm on the car I had through red rock. Called me to confirm that I was not reaffirming in the car and said they’ll come get it after my discharge date. 5 days later, 2 weeks BEFORE my discharge date I had a tow truck show up to my work with a court order to repossess my car. No notice or papers served to me until my car was being hooked to a tow truck. Before that the staff was rude if I ever had a question about anything. Was being paid weekly then got promoted and switched to bi-weekly pay and they threw a fit and I needed to send in all kinds of paper work and fight with them so my car didn’t get taken. I was nothing but nice. I kept making the payments even though I was going through bankruptcy until I discovered it was more logical not to reaffirm. I missed one payment and they came and got the car. Shady tactics. Told them flat out that the car would be out in front of my house cleaned out and keys in it on the discharge date and they turn around and get a court order without giving me any notice.

If I could give no stars I would. This is by far the worse customer service experience I have ever encountered. I have yet to have the pleasure to converse with someone that could speak without an attitude. Whether through email or phone call these employees do not know how to handle their customers. They all need hospitality training. I would no recommend this company to anyone and will never go back. I would much rather return the vehicle I am purchasing then to be continuously disrespected.

Horrible horrible customer service. They debited my account without my permission and then she tells me I was illegally tampering with my car! Mind you I just got my car fixed..which cost me $3,000..so maybe when they were fixing it they unhooked it but to accuse me and then threaten to take my car..Crazy! I have never in my life spoke with someone on the phone and being talked to that way..smh

By far the worst customer service I have ever received in my life! After reading the reviews online I signed up for auto pay so I did not have to deal with them. I called in to update my card info to get hung up and treated like garbage. It is amazing how they are even still in business!

I hate there customer service. They are very rude. They have overdrew my account 2x now a mistake I have to keep making right. When I call and ask for a supervisor I get placed on hold. No one ever answers the line. This is my first new car and the experience makes me miss the bus.

Have not had a problem with Red Rock they were very helpful when I called them about an issue with being able to pay my payment. They helped me out majorly. And even had a great experience in the office. Not sure who ever body else has dealt with but I like the company.
