THE ONLY REASON I CHOSE NORTHCOAST WAS CAUSE I HAD NOT SO GOOD CREDIT....I WAS ABLE TO GET A CAR WITHOUT A CO-SIGNER. PAYMENTS WERE STEEP FOR THE YEAR OF THE CAR AND CAR WAS WAY OVER PRICED....BUT! WHAT DO YOU DO? I HAD THE CAR FOR ALMOST TWO YEARS...NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT...NEVER HAD MY CAR SHUT OFF DUE TO NON PAYMENT. JANUARY 2 2012, I WAS IN AN ACCIDENT, AND I WAS NOT AT FAULT...CAR WAS TOTALLED. NORTHCOAST KNEW THIS...I CALLED THEM THE DAY AFTER ACCIDENT. THEY INFORMED ME THAT I STILL HAD TO MAKE 200.00 PAYMENTS EVERY 2WEEKS...REALLY? WHAT WERE THEY GOING TO DO...SHUT THE CAR OFF? LONG STORY SHORT...INSURANCE PAID THEM...I PAID THEM IN PAYMENTS OVER 7,000.00 OUT OF POCKET, AND STILL ENDED UP OWING THEM 3,000.00. SO WE MADE A MONTHLY ARRANGEMENT OF A PAYMENT...85.00, THAT WAS THE ONLY AMT THEY WOULD EXCEPT. IN APRIL I WAS OFF WORK DUE TO SURGERY AND I AM STILL RECOVERING....SO IT CAME DOWN TO...BILLS WE NEED TO PAY TO LIVE OR STOP PAYING ON A CAR THAT IS TOTALLED. NOW I GET PHONE CALLS ALL DAY EVERYDAY....HIT IGNORE...TILL TODAY WHEN I HAD SUCH A PROFESSIONAL CONVERSATION WITH JEREMY...WHO THINKS HE IS A PROFESSIONAL...ASKING ME IF IT IS MY M.O. TO NOT PAY MY BILLS? HONESTLY? YES I DO PAY MY BILLS....THE ONES THAT NEED PAID TO KEEP A HOUSE RUNNING WHILE IM OFF WORK...NORTHCOAST GOT WELL OVER 15,000.00 OUT OF A CAR WORTH MAYBE 6,500.00[ IF THAT]. AND THEY ARE BITHCHING ABOUT 3,000.00? MORAL TO THIS STORY....IF YOU WANT A GOOD RAPING AT AN EXTREMELY HIGH INTEREST RATE...CHOOSE NORTHCOAST. P.S....THE LUBE WILL COST EXTRA;) AND IF YOU WANT A NICE CAR AT A GREAT RATE....EVEN IF YOU DONT HAVE PERFECT CREDIT...GO TO TOM AHLS...FINDLAY OR LIMA....I BOUGHT A 2011 CHRYSLER SEBRING...LEATHER AND LOADED...EXTENDED WARRANTY...GAP INSURANCE AND AN AWESOME STAFF ALL FOR A PAYMENT OF 230.00 A MONTH...NOT A WEEK. 6% INTEREST RATE....DONT FALL FOR THE NORTHCOAST SCAM...JEREMY...SUCK IT...

Do not do business with this company! Very disrespectful people who work in the office they charge your cc without permission of you do a one time payment they keep the info call an harass your employer. Weekly. At least 5 calls a day when late on single payment of you explain your bk they go crazy

STAY AWAY FROM HERE!! Very rude customer service by Jenny who was assigned to me. I had to switch her out due to her disrespectful ways. I made my payments on time but needed one 2day extension. You would have thought I asked her to pay it for me. All poor reviews are exactly what I experienced.

North Coast is. Rip off I have had my Impala for 2 years at 100 a week that like almost 5000 a year in payment and only 1000 have came off the total price of the car I see bankruptcy in my future cause of them. Just for them toget there car back cause they interest is crazy

I bought a 04 vehicle and with my poor credit this is the only place that would approve me. I bought this vehicles 6 years ago and still have it. Not one problem with them. Make your payments, be on time, and they will work with u.
