Very poor in buying Gold and diamonds.No experience what so ever I have seen. I took some jewlery in worth $318 in melt value but only offered a $100, so low balling when they claim to be one of highest paid.And there experience with diamonds in grading them, very horrible, dont know H-I ,etc nor they know the weight.They claimed to be experience in this as well.No so what ever I have seen.And when buying , very over priced.As well they dont know there diamond weight in the jewelry they sell.There interest rate tho is one of the best I have seen on paying of pawns tho.They do have that going for them as well!!!

PAWN PLUS! If your reading this. A small Spanish guy who works there. he stands behind the counter ripped me off my money!! I sell my xbox one bundle a brand new one and he gave me back olny $30 dollers. And i all so sell my PSP and PS2 games and movies with it and he only gave me $20 dollers

Waited in a long line to reach the counter with a $220 necklace so I can get a loan from them. Finding out they will only give me $15 dollars? Does that make any sense? Anyways they do not treat new customers very nice knowing its their first time. Horrible customer service.
