I have dealt with Paul and Mike for 2 houses and their team has been a pleasure to work with. They explain everything in detail and are available all the time to answer any questions. My first ever hard money investment ever was through them and you can imagine how nervous I was going in but they went through all the details and made me feel easy. Most importantly, they keep their word when it comes to close deadlines - once closing within a matter of a few days with an aggressive wholesale deal. Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for a hard money loan.
