I have Bern banking with capital one for over 10 years , even after moving I continue to keep my account. I live 3 hours from the nearest bank , when I come to town I try to stop by for my banking needs. The new concept of teller - less service RUINED my entire weekend. I arrived at the branch at 12:40 Saturday , I planned to stop at bank deposit then run errands . Could not accept checks to deposit without debit card. Next location is 20 mins away and would close by the time I arrived. PLEASE CLARIFY WHICH LOCATIONS ARE BANKS ABD WHICH ARE UNHELPFUL MEGA SIZE ATMS

Capital one is so not reliable and untrustworthy, I apply the spark business card two months ago and should get the one time cash back bonus After I spend certain amount of the money. but they tell me the policy is changed and my benefit will not be counted. I call the customer service and it kicks me to the branch, and branch simply kicks me back to customer service. Basically, this bank just can deny anything it promises, some day it just can steal all the money I save in. I think it is good time to change my bank now.

the phone rep used the credit card I was paying for as the account number and of course the payment was returned. After I contacted capital one and gave the correct info and the payment went through, they closed my account! So in short, they closed my account due to one of their employees errors. Highly unprofessional and just plain wrong. I will be closing my account once they have reviewed and reopened it.

Went there last night to the atm to do a deposit it took all my cash and card not even completely the transaction and the atm screen shut completely down. I had to call customer service they filed a ticket and said it will take a few days to verify. Hopefully the atm cameras work because what if the atm spit my card and cash out.

I went in to make a payment and was told no. After speaking customer service I was told they were supposed to take my payment and would be reported. I was shocked! Who turns ppl away when their trying to pay a bill. That has never happened at any other branch

Emily was great to work with...very friendly and knowledgable. Not giving it 5 stars because it took my check awhile to clear, making an extra trip, but it all worked out. Friendly associates...I will continue my business here.
