Work environment is unprofessional and fraught with nepotism and favoritism. Meritocracy does not exist, and after seeing how operations are run I have lost confidence in GM as a whole. The same culture was responsible to what led up to a government bail out years back.

Great place to work. Very friendly co workers and management. As far as business ethics i would say personally i treat each customer with respect and dignity within each hardship they may encounter. GM Financial is indeed a cut above the rest.
