I agree with all the Bad experiences here. I requested Bank Verification Letter on Saturday for VISA worked with Claudia who asked me to come back on Tuesday, Went back on Tuesday and waited over 20 mins while she was trying to locate that letter, Guess what she had never requested my letter and srill kept me waiting for 20 mins. Called us back on the same day requested same information that was already provided. I am going to close my BOFA account soon

All branches in Bank of America should be zero star or negative star. All of their branch are sucked. Slow processing and over long waiting line. Unfortunately, some of my client are their customers and I still have to use their account to transfer fund and walk in to deposit checks. If I got any chance, will close all my accounts with them. Any other banks got much better service than this one. They should change their name to Bank of SUCK

20+ people in line , 1 teller . At least 5min per customer. This is a reflection of very poor customer service. It should not take 30 min to make a simple deposit into another persons account. None of the offices have actual clients in them. They are basically just sitting around. The manager is a greeter, two people called in sick. It would be more productive if the manager helped the other teller. I am apauled.

The branch is significantly under staffed. One teller working the inside line and one teller working the drive thru. The branch manager must be disengaged or completely disconnected to the definition of service excellence. There are more representatives working account opening than account management. This is a MANAGEMENT problem. The associates are doing their best.

I wish I could give them minus stars! Lowest grade bank in United States. Keep only one teller for customers waiting in a 30 minutes plus line. Several bankers are standing freely with annoying jokes. They only tell you you can speedup your process if you use atm or online application. Why you not help the long standing line customers? Worst bank I have ever been to. Slowest service..lack of staff that actually helps customers. There is about 4 women and one man who do absolutely nothing they just walk around saying hi while there is on person in the drive thru and one person at the counter. They are friendly though....

Was just there to cash a check from a client. Took over an hour to stand in line. Will never bank with Bank of America. They had one bank teller and 30 people standing In line 4 personal bankers no one would help out at teller station. Not a good place
