on separate occasions I brought in a game and an older smart watch to this location. they offered me $7.50 for the game (battlefield one) and $20.00 for the watch (a gear S2). Neither time were they willing to negotiate, and both times I declined to sell my items to them and went to Pawn Fathers instead. At Pawn fathers I was given $10.00 for the game and $30.00 for the watch. I understand that Pawn shops are there to make as much of a profit as they can, but this Cash Pawn America seems to have a policy of only giving non-negotiable low-ball offers. I left both times feeling like they were trying to take advantage of me, and then had that suspicious promptly proven by the superior offers I received from Pawn Fathers. Pawn fathers also has friendlier faster service, a much bigger store and wider selection. (6417 Evergreen Way, Everett, WA 98203)

Jose the manager an vivian are awesome and usually goes out of there way for there customers however his employee Nate is rude and unprofessional and insanely difficult to even talk to I would recommend these guys as long as you font work with nate
