This place is about as average as you can get for a pawn shop. They have just about everything you could want save firearms. The people are friendly and the place is clean. The items on the shelf are usually marked at a price just below retail for a new item. Occasionally though you can find a good deal. Where they shine is their DVD and game prices. These are comparable or less than the prices for similar games at a Game Stop or other used retailer. Unfortunately you have to flag someone down to get the items, then go wait in another line to buy them. It takes a while to buy things here. The people are usually very friendly, but the constant wait for service does make the visit drag on.

If you like waiting in line for an hour or two then this is the place for you. Also, if you enjoy getting next to nothing for your things and being charged sometimes twice as much as a product is worth, please stop on by. The employees specialize in disregarding the volume of customers in the store, taking a ridiculous amount of time to complete a transaction, and lowballing customers. Sorry folks, you have to pay an entry fee of your dignity to enter.

called to ask about a particular jewelry...the sales lady that answered the phone said she doesnt have the time to look at prices she is helping a customer...hello, im a customer too. She was so rude... i told my husband not to ever go there and told my friends not to go there either....worst customer service ever!

Worst pawn shop, ALWAYS a long line, and employees are very slow. Have no care in the world if the line is out the door. Very slow business. Seems as if employees would rather do anything else but help people. Id recommend the cash america in north everett. Way faster service.

Average place but i dont like how they have alot of stuff in the back you cant see for sale. Ill be looking for a game or a phone and they check in back and they have it. alot of the time you dont as if they have certain game so i miss out alot.
