I have been a customer at pawn xchange for at least 10 years and December 2010 new owners took over, this is seriously a problem for people who have been customers and are used to being treated with any kind of respect. I was in there on december 26th to renew a loan that was due on Christmas Day normally this would not have been a issue but with the new company they had pulled and sold my stuff and offered to sell back what was left at double the price what a ripoff and on top of that they have raised interest rates and now charge 7 dollars for not having your paperwork even if it was not given to you last time due to old company rules. Also I have noticed that they have raised their instore prices to just beneath retail which is ridiculous since most people go to pawn shops to get a discount on stuff needless to say I am greatly disappointed and will not return anymore nor will I recommend them to anybody else.
We were waiting to be assisted with the cameras and no one helped us. We asked many different associates and all of them were doing busy work than assisting customers. We asked one guy working at jewelry if he ca assist us with unlocking cameras and he said that he needed to clear the DVDs and than he started showing us jewelry.... That is not what we asked him and when we clarified, he walked away and started helping someone else! To top it off, this was the second time we went there and no one helped us.
I waited patiently and was helped by a gentleman working on the jewelry side. I wish I remembered his name because he did an awesome job. You guys were super busy but he did his best to help customers from that side. He was very respectiful and kind hearted. Everything anyone could ask for especially now and days. Awesome customer service people like that you promote and give more responsibility to. I can only describe him as the islander fellow with a man bun. Thanks for going above and beyond.
i just called to get some information about how to find lost/stolen jewelry. The gentleman that answered the phone explained the process of how they accept jewelry. He listened, asked questions and provided me with quality insight! The police hotline I called had a rude dispatcher, and the other pawnshop I called was reluctant to be positive. This man was professional and kind. His response gave me hope and made me want to graciously thank him. This is true customer service!

Horrible customer service!! Any time you call they put you on hold for over 10 minutes while your holding at least 5 people answer the phone and put you back on hold. Had a loan and they said it was okay if i was a day late to renew and my stuff was gone. They lied. And i didnt get my computer case back which wasnt in the deal. they claim they threw it in the trash. LIARS Lost my business!
A lady that works there, named Zenaida. Went out of her way to help my 10 year old grandson. Who was looking to buy a new Wii. With his birthday money. She made him feel very special. Gave him a great deal and really improved our day. Thank you so much Zenaida! We will see you agaIn. You are a HUGE asset to Cash America! Keep up the GREAT customer service!
Manager thinks she knows all there is to know about every pawnable item possible. Very unprofessional demeanor throughout the store. Insulting offers on items. I was paid 40$ for an item that was later displayed for over 200$ when they had explained a completely different pawn/sale ratio.CROOKS!!!

Great service. They go out of their way. Not a typical pawn shop. Worth a visit. I heard kids singing the Pawn Xchange song as they left the store. Kids singing happily about it? That is a good sign!
I have been pawning items here for a couple years and I always recieve a good rate on my items and the customer service is great.
