I faithfully tried to keep up with a 475.00 car note. When I was not going to make my payment which were about 3x on time I would let them know. My problem came in the ladt car note to be made. Until then the relationship between me and united auto credit was good. I paid off my final car note and thought I was done. At this time in August there were nothing in my credit report negative from United Auto Credit. I happen to call to see when they will be releasing my car title.I was told that I owe 11.86 cents in late fee. The 11.86 was sent over 2 weeks ago and they still have not noted it to my account so my account still show my car not paid in full. My problem with this is why would you send a negative report 3x to my credit history that my account is deliquent or 11.86 intrest fee when I was paying a 475.00 car note. WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT . When I kept asking for a answer they kept switching me around to different customer service people. Finally I ended up with a supervisor and when she could not explain it she hung up on me. To the best of my knowledge after they get their 11.86 which I know they recieved already it been to weeks they probably still wont post it to my account so the can add more negative drama. I give them anothe week before I open a case again them. It all documented because this is the only way you can win. Very unproffessional people and that sucks. Bottom line is you can send me a letter for a car note of 475.00 but not one saying I owe 11.86 cents. REALLY I MEAN REALLY.
I have never worked with a worse company than this. When I traded in my car, yes my dealership put the wrong name on the check, my new married name, however They were not only informed of my new married name prior to the pay off I also made the effort to continuously call them and inform them of the situation. I got all the information from the Car company even the check number and the address it was sent to, not to mention paperwork with the check was sent showing the information of my car to included the VIN number and they made no effort to find the check nor did they make any effort to do anything to fix a balance that should not have been there in the first place because of their refusal to assist their customer in finding the payoff. The payoff was sent a MONTH prior, and for a MONTH i continued to call and inform them and so did my car company and still they made no efforts. Finally the owner of the car place called and low and behold they found the payment. This is a horrible and poor excuse for a company whom I will never work with again. Nor would I advise anyone to work with again. I have worked with a credit company before and I did my best efforts to rectify a situation if I could. And all they cared was for payment. Disgusting how they tell their workers to treat their customers.
So, I made some hasty decisions with purchasing a 12,000$ Ford F150 XLT with UAC as the Creditors, the dealership, JTS auto in paistow NH, i purchased from forged, fudged and played with numbers so the loan would clear, and sold me a lemon truck after being told and inspected as strong and worth the money. Iwas offered a 50,000 mile powertrain warranty offered to me but at delivery the dealership quickly changed their minds and took it out of the portfolio. I had close friends look at it and all was good. the truck had a bad timing chain, transfercase, torque converter and the solenoids in the transmission would fault in reverse. this happened within 3 months of delivery. I relocated and never informed of my move. I was behind by a month and when i called to make payment, and report my location, and inform them they needed legal ramefications to the dealer, they repossessed the truck, sold it at auction and charged it off. After being promised several times for ramifiactions and action, ive only recieved demands for the chargeoff amount of 9800.00 after selling the truck for 2800 on a 12000 loan. BEWARE OF THIS CREDITOR as i have ALOT of fixing to do because of them before i can get another loan.
I financed a car through United Auto credit for 48 months and my payments were $399 per month. In the last 6 months of my loan I asked for an extension as my uncle had passed away and left me with unexpected expenses. This was October 2014 and my loan matured on March 31, 2015. It was my understanding that the extension meant I would have 2 more months of payments at the end. The last week of March UAC contacted me and told me I had to make the 2 extended payments before my loan matured on the 31st. I could not do that. After making 46 payments of $399 ($18,354) they repossessed my car. I called them right away and was told to send $1,300. Within hours I had borrowed the $1,300 and called them asking how to pay it. I was then told I need to come up with over $2,000. I did not have a way to come up with more money and therefore they kept my car even after I had paid 46 of the 48 payments. I am a single mom who works hard at the same job for 12 years now. I do not have family besides my daughter that could have helped me. This company is a terrible company. I had to give one star to post this but I do not give them even part of a star. What they did to me is wrong
Never in my life have i experienced such horrible customer service. One rep will tell you one thing and then another will tell you another. we fell behind(22 days i know its our fault) due to losing our jobs and a family emergency we spoke to a rep and she was understanding and let us know she was noting everything and that catching up our payment when i received my tax loan next week would not be a problem that was 3 days again and today when i called after receiving a text message i was yelled, called a liar, talked to and treated like i was Stupid because i was not sure why one rep would tell us it was ok and now they were saying it had to pay them today or else. They rushed me off the phone instead of helping me understand why nothing i had arranged was ok with them now and then the lady informed me she would put a rush my account so my car would be reposed without so much as a knock on my door to let me know... This is our first time being this late and i can honestly say we will never do business with them again or recommend them to anyone based on this experience
WORST LOAN COMPANY EVER. I DONT USUALLY WRITE REVIEW BUT THIS ONE, YOU HAVE TO STAY AWAY, FAR FAR AWAY FROM. IF ANY CAR DEALER IS SETTING YOU UP WITH THEM AND THATS THE ONLY COMPANY THEY SERVE WITH, JUST WALK AWAY(PLEASE) DO YOURSELF THAT FAVOR. IF YOUR CREDIT IS BAD, TRUST ME WHEN I TELL YOU (THERE ARE OTHER OPTIONS) BESIDES PAYING FOR $13.00 WESTERN UNION FEES AND $5000 AND UP ON INSTEREST RATE. THAT MONEY COULD GET YOU A USED CAR AT TOYOTA DEALER OR NISSAN OR BETTER WITH LIFETIME OIL CHANGE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RUDE RUDE RUDE, ONE LADY CURSE ME OUT AT SOME POINT FOR CALLING ME AT 9PM AND I DIDNT HAVE A CONFIRMATION CAUSE I TOLD HER THATS MY TIME TO GO TO SLEEP. AND THEY DO EXTRA ILLEGAL STUFF, YOU DONT WANT TO GET INTO. MY GRANMOTHER ALWAYS SAY "SOMETIMES YOU CAN LEARN FROM PEOPLE MISTAKES, SOME THINGS ARE NOT MEANT TO EXPERIENCE" THIS ONE I TELL YOU, YOU DONT WANT TO GO THROUGH IT. PS. IF YOU THINKING ABOUT GOING THRU WITH THEM, JUST LOOK AT ALL THEIR BAD REVIEWS, YOU WONT FIND ANY GOOD REPORTS, SO IM ASSUMING , ITS NOT JUST ME. STAY AWAY.
I wish I could rate 0 stars!!! I have had my car financed through them for a little over 2 years now. My direct deposit was cancelled (without me knowing) twice! And they waited 3 months to say anything. Once they did, my car was immediately put out for repossession. Therefore, my credit is now screwed. Even after my payments are being made on time, I have an unmarked tow truck circling my house very often and scoping the place out, I have found unknown tire tracks in my yard because they are still trying to come snag my vehicle. I then started making my payments on my own every month and was still being charged random "late charges." Their customer service is terrible! The most rude people I have ever spoken to in my life. Now I am waiting on documents to be emailed to me and have yet to receive them. I have been waiting 3 days now and every time I call to follow up, they tell me they will be sent shortly. I will NEVER do business with United Auto Credit again!!
First off if you have bad credit, they will approve a car loan!!!! interest rates are high, but thats what you get for bad credit.. thatg is the only reason i rated only 4star due to interest rate. Now for everyone that is complaining, Just PAY YOUR BILL ON TIME and you will have no PROBLEM. Im sure all you talking crap about this lender your a broke piece of CRAP and you probably didnt deserve a loan from the get go and now you dont make payments. Wake up and take care of your business and pay YOUR BILL. If you loaned someone money and they told you they would pay you every month on the first and they missed it you would be calling also. I pay my car payment ontime every month and not one issue. Thank you united auto credit.
My experience with UACC is great. I am running used car dealership . Almost every other costumers come to us has bad credit and they can not finance with any bank or credit union because of their bad credit. United Auto Credit is the great opportunity to get them loan and start building their credit. I would say people whose do not like UACC mean they are not making their payment on time and finally UACC has to repo car after few month. But some people do not understand that if they got opportunity to buy a car and got loan by UACC even they have bad credit they should make their payment on time. Any way I will strongly recommend UACC to get a loan and start built credit. Thanks UACC.
I was financed through this company from premier motors out of mobile Alabama in 2016 the vechicle was a lemon and the dealer ship was not fair nor honest throughout the whole situation anyway i was paying car notes of $500 on time and somehow the vechicle was bought back to premier motors from united auto and they came and picked up the truck and stated that i needed to come get some paperwork corrected... But united auto refunded the 3 payments that i made on the vechicle and i was told that its incident would not be on my credit as a repo due to it not being my fault but of course i was penalized for it just horrible business all around....NEVER. EVER AGAIN...

United Auto Credit corp is a Sub-prime finance company that helps people with less than perfect credit. Even if they could refinance a car for someone, why would a person want to as Uacc only has one rate across the board for each state...in NY its 24.99%. Not a good rate to be "re-financing" if you ask me. Mr. Crappy should be blaming the dealship where he purchased the car from and not the bank that loaned him the money...Uacc had nothing to do with it!! In closing, I have known this company to help a number of individuals get a auto loan where they have been turned down elseware. A++ in my book!!

We have a loan with UAC that got behind and we were in the process of dealing with a Kelly there. In the mean time someone from their company was trying to hunt us down with contacting people from our past. One person specific we currently have a restraining order against for attempt kid napping of two of our children was contacted. UAC gave this person all of our personal information including home address, phones numbers and the reason they were being contacted. I WILL MAKE EVERY ATEMPT TO FILE EVERY CHARGE POSSIBLE FOR THIS. Who knows what kind of information these idiots give out...
Litterally trying to pay my account in full and they are being nasty and uncooperative over the phone. Refusing to accect full payment through the same process as they have the regular payment made the dealer mail a check which they lost. Was told 3 different time frames for recieving the title 21 days then 10 days then 15 days this was in a 10 minute phone conversation... Never again.. Also once we were paying ON THE DUE DATE they called us every 15 minutes for 2 hours atarting at 7am. The payment was made and they continued to call.
