if i could i would give zero stars ive been on hold for 14 minutes and yet no one has answered my call this is the same situation everytime i call to make a payment then i just wait for them to call me to get the payment taken care of but then get dinged with late payment on my credit report i will submit this to the bbb and i will send letters out with proof ive been trying to call but never answer as if i had the whole time in the world besides i cant really go into the branch due to that the hours are not convinient for me and thats why i try to make payments over the phone because the website really needs improvement for a reason i didnt finance my car through wellsfargo because i felt like another number not a customer and i received same treat at a local credit union i will close my account and never trust them again

Ive never had a problem there and I experienced my first rude rep. I was in the express lane and the stupid lady had like 6 thransctions and made me wait for 15 mintues without letting me know why. I honked my ride and she was rude about it. They need to let you know like hey it will be a while you can happily wait or walk inside.

They have said I owe them $120 dollars for three years now. It was paid three years ago and yet every time someone pulls my credit it shows up. Then I go in to their office and an employee promises everything is fine. But it still showed up twice. Incompetence!
