I am highly impressed with Denali and the great customer service they have shown me. Last year I was struggling to pay my bills on time, was in a butt load of debt and had a terrible credit score. I decided to open an account with Denali and since then they have opened so many doors for me to be become financially stable. They have helped me pay off my debt, bring my credit score up and in less than a years time I will have my car payed off. While opening a line of credit, Keith Robinson was more then helpful with explaining everything I needed to know and was prompt with getting everything set up which made the process quick and painless. Unlike other banks I have had accounts with in the past, you can tell that Denali cares more about helping you get on the right track then anything. Two thumbs up for Denali and the team ! (:

Since then, they have been an integral part of growing our business from exposure to business and personal banking. A great credit union to deal with. The team at this credit union does stay extremely busy from all the business they do get! They do have some of the best interest rates. And if you apply for an auto loan that will be proven. They do have fun, friendly, and helpful staff to guide through the process. I would definitely recommend Denali to all my friends, family, and clients.
DO NOT DO ANY TYPE OF LOAN WITH THEM! They are very unprofessional and rude. They always hang up with me when things get frustrating because they are not organized at all. They suck! I really hope they shut down so I can do a loan with someone else. Im mad I cant give them any stars
Just started banking and getting a loan with them and so far so good. I have not had great customer service like this in forever. So professional and so caring.
Their online services suck. I have tried two times now to get bank transfers setup for my car payment. No go. NOT happy. Get with the times!
Unreliable, I do not want to wait on them to contact me so I can pay my bills. Definitely switching banks to one more customer friendly.
Beware of hidden membership fees. Extremely disappointed with the quality and honesty of this credit union!
