This place has some of the rudest staff and most inconsistent policies. On one occasion I sent money via Western Union, and since I noticed my old address from another state was in the system, I asked the cashier/teller to change the address. She refused, insisting I do it the next time...and both her tone and language were unprofessional. On another occasion I went to collect a Money Gram transfer. Though Moneygram has the middle name as optional, the store insists that it must be included. Previously, I had received transfers, at this same establishment, without the middle name. How ridiculous! So, the sender needs to go back and add an optional item to suit the policy of this site? The store answer for any questioning is, "Well, you can go somewhere else." You are absolutely correct...AND I can write a bad review!!!

I will never go to this location again on the chance that I might get Elizabeth. ELIZABETH is an incompetent old lady. Every time she attempts to assist me, it is a complete waste of time. There is always a problem and I end up leaving pissed off. ANY other worker assist me with no problems. But Elizabeth is, never able to help me as if she is purposely finding a reason to NOT help me. She has me standing there while she takes a long time typing in info then gives some ridiculous reason to not complete my transaction. This has happened more than once with this lady. I go to another location 10 min away and they helped me without any problems. Elizabeth- you should retire!!

Everyonene that has helped me always with a smile TINA is really nice always positive. No complaints. yes there is alot of getto people that visit this place but the staff has allways ben good my go to place thank you
