Good people at West Coast Pawn. I have been in there a few times and they have always been really nice and friendly. Even when just window shopping they were still really nice people. The store is always nice and usually has a good assortment of things from tools, electronics, video games and firearms. Prices are usually pretty reasonable. It is a pawn shop after all, they do their best to give you a reasonable deal. They do have to make money after all.

Stopped in 2 months ago as I passed by. They had a specific handgun i was looking for in stock. The price was very reasonable and the staff that day was very friend, knowledgeable and accommodating in letting me try different holsters before making my purchase. I will definitely be returning back for my next purchase and I am willing to drive from S Lakeland to their location for my future purchases just from how I was treated there! Great place!!

First of all clean place with a good selection of items. Guns, tvs, movies, bicycles all seem to be in good condition. Prices are reasonable also. They offer ccw classes so glad I took mine here. The class is entertaining and informative about gun safety. I enjoyed that it was taught by a female who will tell you like it is. I highly recommend this place. Thank you to the two wonderful women who put on a great class keep up the good work!

This place has to be one of the cleanest and greatest pawn shops ive ever been in lol i love going there the employees are very welcoming and funny! i always buy from them and never have a problem and you can buy 12 movies for 15$!! you cant beat it!. They are the only pawn shop that care for there customers and help them out when theyre struggling and i know this because they helped me out plenty of times =)

I took the ccw class and had a fun and very informative time. From the novice to experienced shooter there is something for everyone to learn. I would encourage anyone who is thinking about getting into firearms or getting a concealed carry permit to go in and ask questions from they very knowledgeable and helpful staff. And remember to ride the rail lol

Stopped in here a few months back to look at guns. Katherine was great! She answered all of our questions and spent a good deal of time with us until we found the gun we wanted. Also took our concealed weapons class with her. Great class for those of you looking to do that. A wonderful store with great people !

I tried to call and inquire about some Nintendo NES games and the gentleman that I called did not want to help, did not care to help and in fact told me to go f&^k my mother. Stay away from this place, I am sure that Polk county has plenty of better shops that actually care about the public!

Awesome customer service, open 7 days a week, great prices as well, found great video game deals for my kid, plus their gun prices are excellent as well, overall a nice clean family run store, by the way they now offer concealed weapons classes onsite, i just took mine there! go visit them!

They are some really nice guys and I have brought several large items from them and have not had a problem. I feel they are pretty honest people. I referred my sister and she brought a television about a month ago and has not had any problems. Keep up the good work!
