BEWARE!! This company sold me a LEMON (car with a bad transmission). Within months my car stopped running. The repairs caused me to be a few days late on a payment. Instead of working with me they sent my file to an attorneys office for collection and threatened to garnishee my wages. I made arrangements to pay a lower monthly payment with their attorney however Columbus Finance continues, to this day, to report negatively on my credit report each month, eventhough I pay the agreed amount on time! The car cost me almost $2000 in repairs during the first year....BUYER BEWARE!!

Horrible lending company!! We were one week late on a payment for the first time in a year-and-a-half and they called me, but I missed the call. When I called back I was talked to like a piece of crap. The guy told me if my payment was not there in two days they would repo the car. He told me they have the right to repo the car after even one day of being late. The guy was nasty with me over being 6 days late one time!! I would ride the bus before ever taking a loan from this company again!!!

they made me jump threw all these hoops i put 1000 down paid my insurence up front in advance took DAYS off work to do things for them waste my time and money for them to pull the deal under my nose and not even give me the respect to call me or anything all because they did not like the place i was living because it happened to be connect to the place i worked do not do business with them they will screw you over and will not care and i was not refunded in any way for my time or money

Got a call from someone there , I had payment arrangements set up and I was told I was fine, then I was told that I needed to come in a sign papers to get my date moved, I live a good bit away from them and asked if I could sign and fax but that wasn’t good enough . Every other finance company I have had has not given me this issue. They are a pos company and need to be shut down

LOAN HOLDER BEWARE!!! This is the most unreputable company ever! If you are a week behind on your payment even after making arrangements with someone they will try to harrass you at work home and your cell! Not worth the headache DONOT LEND FROM THEM!!!

They advertise on radio so I thought I would give them a try. VERY RUDE and now I know their advertisements are FALSE. Glad I am not doing business with them. Got a better deal elsewhere anyway

They have always been nice to me. I have been late on a payment and i call them they tell me to wait till next check. I have a nice truck it runs good
