I just want to give recognition to one man in particular who took the time to fix my customer service fiasco. I was having issues getting my escrow refund check issues and the customer service reps kept telling me to "give it a few more days"...after almost two months of back and forth, and in the middle of yet another delay, one man stepped up and fixed the entire situation. His name is Omar Pettis. I contacted him via email and explained what was going on and not only did he get it sorted out, he personally drove my check over to the fed ex facility and overnighted it to me...This man is wonderful and deserves recognition for stepping up and helping me get my funds back. Now, because of his effort, my deserving daughter is getting her very first car so she can start her new life adventures in both school and work..... I sold my house on July 14th, paying off my Roundpoint Mortgage note. I received written documentation dated July 20th on July 27th stating that my mortgage was satisfied. I have called three times and received conflicting information as to when they sent it out. One person said it was being process on August 4th and another person said August 15th. Today is August 23rd and I do not have my escrow balance. I was told if they have to stop payment on the check it will take another two weeks to process a check. I have owned property for 25 years with multiple morgages and never waited this long for my escrow balance. A disgrace.

Charnetta is a Godsend! She provided me with the absolute best customer service and has been a pleasure to work with. The application/approval process presented a few snags but Charnetta helped me maneuver through it, to get things rectified. She has been very professional, explained things to me in a clear cut manner, and provided prompt responsiveness/follow-up to all of my questions/concerns. Her attentiveness and genuine nature made me feel as if I were her only customer. An overall great experience, no doubt made better by Charnetta’s excellent service!

I got the best mortgage rate I could get through RoundPoint and thank them for that. The person assigned to me was very helpful, answered all of my questions along the way, and was able to work with me throughout the process. They kept me informed and I got all of the information I needed from them (when I needed it). The entire process was simple and straight forward. I needed a quick turn around on my mortgage and they were able to do so in the short time frame. When I call the call center they answer my questions quickly, kindly and accurately.

I have spoken to a number of individuals trying to get clarification on my account and all was unsure. However, Charnetta was very knowledgeable and went out of her way to answer my questions. She was patient, even after my 7th question, and detailed in proving me the answers I have been seeking for over a month and a half. It is refreshing to experience such wonderful customer service in a time where customer service is a lost art. My advice to RPM is to make Charnetta a trainer, her attention to details is to be commended.

I recently refinanced my mortage with Roundpoint and found it somewhat trying in getting accurate and consistent information from its front -line Customer Service Reps.. However, when I was assigned to a Customer Advocate, Marlana Baldwin, she did her due diligence in assisting me to resolve the account errors. At any time the normal CSR is not sufficient, a specialized customer advocate such as Marlana is available to give customers that one-on-one attention. She was very responsive to all of my request in a timely manner.

My husband has called them 3 different times and got 3 different answers to the simple question "If we send in an extra payment requesting to recast our loan and they say no is our money returned?" Got a different answer from each person and the one person who said we would refused to put it in writing. So frustrating. Thankfully we live next door to a financial journalist for the NY Times. Perhaps they will answer him?

This company gives all you loan info to people from India they call all the time for no reason and do not leave a message they are a terrible company I am going to file a complain with the FCC for the must leave a message the call 8 to 10 times a week and you will never talk with an American. They are only India people with all you records. very very poor company
