Was not happy when Company began disallowing payments *on* loans; and instead began requiring that the full loan amount be paid. Said that their "new computer system" was the reason for this change--as it would not allow payments on loans.

WORST PLACE EVER!!! Never pawn here your things my not come back the way you remember them. Have a 40" Tv and it was returned cracked with a missing remote. Very rude and nowhere near negotiable... I will be serving papers.
