This is the worst company ever. I am already contacting local agencies because they are trying to screw me over on $60/month and their worthless service reps have no clue what to say when you call and ask. They sound like they have a middle school education at best. I hope my loan gets sold quickly because this company is GARBAGE!!!

Been asking for a pay off and I am not getting any response. They do not answer Thierry phones and they request you to leave a call back number and you will not get a call back. I even went physically to Thierry office and am still not getting any where. Very poor business ethics.

They took over account servicing from Grand Canyon title and have been very helpful and provide a good webpage for managing your account. Other title companies and attorneys I work with all say they are very slow to respond to information requests.

I HATE this company already. My loan was sold to them last month now I have to pay $10 if I pay my loan on the 15th. In fact have to pay money for payments after 4th day of the month.
