We have been saved by Student Debt Doctor! After almost 17 yrs paying for students loans and not seeing the light; These people appeared! We have been called by other companies and were skeptic about these been trustful companies, first thing Student Debt Dr. did, was ask us to go to look for them at the BBB which we found out it was for real! First Drew Moellenkamp, then Jessica Campbell, helped us out answering all of our questions and giving us all the info and alternatives!! For a fee that we gladly paid for their assistance, we are now paying $0 In a moment we really needed the helping hand!! We highly recomend their services!! Thanks , Student Debt doctor!!

This company has taken my money and promised me an income driven repayment plan for my student loans. I have paid them over 750.00 dollars. They told me not to contact the servicer of my loan and to let them handle it. When I found out that this was not true and that I owed even more money to the student loan in interest charges and late fees I tried to call and get answers and a refund and no one ever returned my calls nor returned my money. Because of this I have lost over 2000.00 dollars. Now i have found out I am not the only one this has happened to. I hope they get shut down. I am going to hire an attorney and file a lawsuit against them for this.

I was told this company is a scam I am trying reach them for a refund of money they have gotten for me saying that they took care of my student loans! I am very mad and I am going to report them . Dept of Education called me and said no money was applied to my loans at all so they are liars and i dont appreciate it! And like someone said they are not answering calls or emails as someone stated in a previous statement. Can someone please tell me what to do.
