Every time I call this place, I get put on hold, then asked if I would like a call back. Then it takes around half an hour for them to even call me back. Do I get to speak to someone when they call back? HAHAHA, I wish! I get put on hold yet again! then after 10 minutes, they ask if I would like a call back once again! This is crazy. Customer service here is a joke. And like another reviewer said, there are NEVER enough tellers at the actual branch. I had a car loan through this place and just refinanced through another bank, with half the rate. I will NEVER do business with Truliant again if I can help it.
Everytime I walk in the line is to the door..they dont have enough tellers and are extremely slow...no sense of urgency and the tellers are not very customer service oriented.I have had issues since day one...while traveling for work i was unable to get cash out of my own account from The ATM. But they allowed an unauthorized debit from an unknown source to come out of my account and never notified me...seriously seeking another financial information...
The bank in it self is good. All but one person that works there are stone faced and uppity. I never walk-in anymore. I just go thru the drive thru to avoid the attitude. Have been a member and customer there do over 2 years
Sold a car to a member. Quick friendly service. They even did the tittle signing for free.
This bank is great, they have great auto loan rates, but customer service is not so good
