horrible, rude, and incompetent. I am having to call on a daily basis regarding the same issue, multiple times a day. How hard is it to get your gap dept. to send your portion of the paper work to my gap insurance via email? That is why you have a gap dept to begin with right? Absolutely mind blowing how incompetent you are and irresponsible. I am amazed at the so called customer service representatives you have. Extremely rude, and yes, I will be defensive when your end is not picking up your slack. I am having to continue to make payments on a vehicle i no longer have because my gap insurance is waiting on Wells Fargo Dealer Services to email them paper work, I have requested this paper work for well over two weeks now and nothing! Incompetent, worthless, and you need to train those so called customer service representatives.
Both myself and my husband have our auto loans though WFDS and have has no problems. Yes, when you call you tend to be on hold a while, it is kind of the nature of the beast. Everyone I have ever spoke to in customer service, save one woman, was very pleasant. My rate is not the best but neither is my credit, so it is to be expected. Thank you for writing all of the crappy reviews complaining about the service received when payments were not made on time, reading then has had me laughing for about the past 30 min. Make your payments and make them on time. That is how loans work.
2.5 years with Wells Fargo. On time, never late, pay off loan. @ weeks after payoff I can not get the title back. What kind of crap is this? This is the problem with this and other banks. If you want them to offer better service, start using other sources for loans. Do enable this kind of behavior. It make it worse for everyone. In addition, it is impossible to get thru to a LIVE person when you call in.
The absolute worst customer service representatives. Absolutely the rudest individuals to speak to with a very sarcastic manner and if you call and complain nothing will get done by supervisors. They will cheat you out of money by completely confusing you on loan payments by giving you options that sound good at first but really will screw you in the end.
I love the site, easy to browse, log in, check balance, amount due, previous payments, I can even schedule the next payment via checking account or credit card, many options, from choosing the amount of payment. I was even able to upload my insurance information.
I got this loan when my credit was average so I expected an average interest rate.. I always pay on time and never had a reason to call. I will be paying my loan off a year earlier. Thanks Wellfargo Dealership Service for an awesome job.
Terrible service, horrible credit reporting policy. Customer service is terrible, never call back when you call on them. Do yourself a favor and do not use them. There are much better out there that actually care about the customer
Nothing to like! Worst service! Been trying to clear up an error THEY made since September!!! This affecting my credit report! & they just transfer the call around, keep me on hold for over 30 minutes, then just disconnect the call!
Terrible service....long hold times, hard to understand KIDS operating the phones. POOR service. Inaccurate bills, impossible to correct name on billings and a plain indifference to the importance of their clients and our time.
Horrible loan servicer. Not flexible at all. By the time that I had paid off a 5 year loan, I realized that I had been charged over 1900.00 in late fees. Should have been monitoring this more closely, but still a rip off.
This company in nothing but liars. They are not professional. I have been transferred around and for over 2 hours now. I will never do business with them ever again. Never use this company.
No issues at all and was given a great interest rate. I make my payments on time and never had even one issue. I will use then again for my next vehicle.
Yes, all of the above. WF and WFDS is a horribly exploitative company who cheats the poor. They even charged a fine when I made a payment early!
Never had a problem, would certainly use them again. Two or Three experiences with customer service, all efficient, professional, and positive.
This is now the 2nd time Wells Fargo has charged me a late fee when I paid 21 days in advance!! Even showing on my bank statement as such.
Its a good company to finance a vehicle, the people that write negitive reviews wouldnt have them if they just paid there dang bill.
Paid off my truck 5 yrs early because they were such a pain in the ass. Now I am having trouble trying to get my pay off letter
