honestly i have only 4k to go on my auto loan and i love the fact that at the time my credit was challenging to get me approved. people that have complained about this place saying there customer service is bad that is a lie i call in every other week to pay my car payment and i talk to Brittany about everything. she is very understanding and she will work with me if i run into a hardship. too the people that look into this place as long as you make your car payment on time you wont have a problem. PEOPLE YOU GET TREATED THE WAY YOU TREAT OTHERS!!! These good people have always talked to me kind and friendly. after this auto loan i will wait for 2 years to build my credit up more and come right back to reliable auto because they treat me like family and i treat them the same way. Terrible finance company, personally I never did business with this company but I have some relatives who have finance with them and it was horrible!!!! Bad customer service, rude, and very unperfessional to there customers, p.s.a. I would never finance with this company they should be reported for how they handle business at this company, I rather buy a card, then to deal with them , save your time and money go some where else,

I was very young and inexperienced on loan rates n cars i gota dodge neon 04 from them they charged me 10,000 to Finance me and the trans went out rite after the warranty and garnished me 20,000 dollars for the vehicle do not go to them unless you can afford the car ur leasing times ten. This is how they make thier money by giving loans to people who they know dont know any better and can not afford them!

They are always upfront with me about my payment options and as with any car financing company, as long as you keep the lines of communication open, they work with you. Very nice people, who are real and professional. They will definitely work with you to stay in your car.
