Me and Kevin have had nothing but great luck and experience with out loan person. Melissa Alac i believe is her last name, has been kind and patient. If a mistake was made or confusion she helped to fix it. If i dont respond by phone call she texts me right away which i love. She helped me through when i hurt my ankle and had to be off work for a month. I gave her a couple weeks notice and she worked out a payment plan. I consider her part of our family in a way. She had never been rude or took from my account without permission. I love how she takes customer service and working out a solution seriously. We love Melissa and hope we can continue to work with her in the future. She even walks us through paper work or whatever we have to fill out or sign or fax she is there every step of the way. I have had some bad experience but if it werent for Jessica she goes above qnd beyond her job to make her customer feel important. Her empathy and understamding is great. She is soft spoken even if you fall behind on payments she stern but also empathetic come up with ways to help get your payments on tract , words of encouragement and honestly if it werent for her i wouldve given up my vehicle and given up everuthing if it wasnt for Jessica. Also a few other people Ive dealt with have been pretty great. Erica . I work with customer on a daily basis and one bad customer service call could ruin an entire deal. So thank you for the hard work you guys do. Keep it up.

Since I was able to purchase my vehicle, They were the only ones that would take me with little to bad credit. They have deffinatly been better than the last places I have worked with for an auto loan, Melissa; my account manager is amazing. Anytime I need to talk to them about making payments they are very easy to work with, They make you feel great and that they are down to earth and not dreading to talk to compared to any other collector. I personally recommend Melissa for any future people looking for a great person that will be there with you when you need it.

Elle is such a awesome person to deal with!!! My wife and I were having problems making our payment because of the time we have had to take off for our newborn that is having health issues and is in and out of the hospital but Elle kept working with us to help keep us in our vehicle ive never had a person who will go out of her way to do that!!
