Great for electronics. Fantastic instruments, make an offer to them. Not so great on coinage. An actual coin shop will blow them out of the water on both sides of the trade. Leads me to believe they are more collectors than dealers here. Otherwise if they seem sharp, display a little civilty and it will be returned. If they seem .....remember they work with the public .....in Waterbury. Plus if ge buy from a crook junkie they lose all their money.

The employees here like to avoid helping customers as much as possible. they would prefer to stand around and look at each other rather than help someone. I would recommend checking with other pawn shops before selling or buying anything, they will drop a snake in your boot any chance they get.

the most let me say that agian the most trusting bussiness ever!!! if you have a problem with anything or need cash or looking to buy something go there. not just great products and prices good staff memebers that make you want to go there. they are like a mini walmart they have everything!

i wish they had a 1/2 star because i would of gave it that. This place is horrible. I was looking for a playstation 3 and they told me 350 plus tax. the damn thing is 399 brand new. This place sucks dont go here,all of there stuff is dusty old and overpriced. Go somewhere else if you can..

By far the best pawn shop probably in New England. These guys have their stuff together. Wife and i bought all of our rings here and is the best place to sell your gold. They are always more than fair and care.

Terrible place called on them at 6:30 and they said they close at 7 on the dot. Raced from newtown to get there at 6:58 on my phone which is the correct time for them to not serve me.
