I have been a regular customer of this Pawn 1 location for over 5 years. What impresses me more then anything is the consistency of great customer service. From the moment I walk in the door, I am always greeted, the store is always well kept and tidy for easy shopping. Prices are very reasonable, almost to the point where I feel guilty haggling! I have only pawned 1 item, and sold a few items, and in every circumstance, they have always been more then reasonable in thier offers. I never feel like I am talking to snake salesman [as in other nearby pawn shops] Its really hard to find businesses that you actually "trust" But this business has shown time and time again its integrity as a staple in the Spokane community. I encourage anybody to not only buy, but enjoy a good shopping experience here.

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!. The service is just terrible. Dotty needs to learn some people skills. She was such a B-word when I was just browsing and looking in the cases. I bought something there that had a $9.99 sticker on it and it rang up more than that. I pointed it out and the dude said "oh..the sticker price is wrong." NOT MY FAULT!! And he refused to fix it. They are short answered, crooked and nobody there knows how to deal with a customer if their lives depended on it. I am never going to this place ever again. And I plan on telling my friends to stay away from this place too.

Lied about having tested an item just to sell it! STAY AWAY FROM THE MUSIC CORNER!! I bought a software drum machine with hardware interface; the software was already registered to someone else, so it was totally useless! I asked if it had been tested before hand and they said yes, which is impossible given the registered serial number. I wrote the BBB, and encourage everyone else with a bad experience to do the same. Bunch of Cannibals!

My weddi g ring set had lost its main stone. They were very helpful and looked through all their inventory to see if they had a stone that would fit, mind you t was not bought from them originally. They had on and gave me a great deal on the stone and the repair. My husband and i will celebrate 19 years of marriage soon and i now get to have my ring on when we do.

Aaron rocks over there. As a photographer im always looking for quality used gear and they have it. They always welcome you and once they know what your looking for they they can find it. Ive bought and sold tons of gear over the years at a lot of pawn shops and pawn one is the nicest regardless of which end your on.

Guys there quickly approached to see if I needed any help. Sold gold braclets (ex girlfriend [email protected] my house) to them with a fair price and was very happy when I left. Bought new girlfriend something very nice! Thanks guys!
