Ty Windhorst and his whole team provided an excellent lending experience. They communicated with us during each step of the loan process and provided weekly summaries. When we changed the loan parameters in the middle of the process, Ty turned the entire loan around in 4 days! We were able to contrast our experience with that of the people purchasing our home.
