Earlier in the month of February I went in to the Pawn Shop and explained to the TRUSTED Employee, That I was planning to come in towards the end of the month, pay the amount in full and get my jewelry however I wanted to avoid paying the “holding fees” twice. She explained that since I was a loyal customer and have never been late she can offer me an extension until 02/24/2012 I happily accepted she wrote the date on a card for me, called the store Manager over to get the approval and I THOUGHT she did what she needed to do on her end to honor what she told me. On Thursday 02/23/2012 I planned to come in and buy my items back, but called to verify the dollar amount, and spoke with gentleman who told me ALL 17 items were sold on 02/20/2012, because this was the date the extension was given till, I panicked and told him I have a card that the employee wrote on and it clearly says the extension was till 02/24/2012 so why were my items sold? He could not give me answers and told me he would have the store Manager (who was off this day) call me. The Store Manager) called me right away and was very apologetic and courteous expressed numerous times how sorry she was and did acknowledge this was their mistake. She said this was a problem that needed to be forward to the General Manager Kevin. Kevin called the next day 02/24 and was no help whatsoever; in fact he was very rude and extremely unprofessional. I found out there was a Human Resources Manager named Erica that was equal to Kevin and spoke with her on Friday she said she was going to contact the owners and get back to me in twenty minutes, I have yet to hear from her and left her 2 messages since Friday 02/24 and now she is unavailable and will be out of the office till next week. I’ve called 6 different Locations and explained the situation to all Manager’s they ALL said they would make a call out to the owner and he would be in touch. Finally spoke with a manager who made a call to Ryan the Assistant General Manager and said he would be calling me in 15 minutes. Today is 02/28/2012 I have gave Fast Cash Pawn plenty of time to call me to try and explain what happened and they have not had the decency to do so. I fell betrayed by this company and just want others to know what they are capable of doing. Its interesting that they owners have clearly received the message and have not cared to call to try and fix this problem instead they are avoiding all calls and have instructed all employees to screen all calls and not give ANY information.

Are You Stupid Dude IT IS FULLY CHARGED IT IS BRAND NEW HOW ARE THE LINES SUPPOSED TO MOVE ON THE CHARGE IF ITS FULLY CHARGED. He than says i can GIVE YOU 20 after they already offered 50. NEW MANAGMENT NEEDED NEW EMPLOYEES NEEDED BUNCH OF LOW BALLIN BUMS BY THE WAY THE MANAGER WEARS THE SAME ASS CLOTHES EVERYDAY DONT EVEN COMB HIS HAIR HOW UNPROFESSIONAL

Worse service ever. Guy treated me like i was a kid. Im 26 years old and guy offered me $10 for a silver black and white diamond engagement ring meaning i really needed money for gas still laughed at me and talked bad once i left and laughing. Absolutely worse service ever. I don not recommend going here. I will never go back in my entire life.
