I feel that the experience was kind of lackluster because no one truly explain the payment plan to me. I wish that it would have been said to me upfront that the monies that I borrowed would have the interest stretched out over 13 payments instead of acting like you could pay them off in less payments. If you take your loan out to completion with this company you will pay three times the loan.amount. They count on your ignorance to make money instead of truly helping you

I gave them three stars because I missed a payment on my 150.00 loan. The call center called me to collect. And I promptly paid. They kept calling me sporadically for the next 3 months, even though I was not delinquent. Get it together!

I had a great experience there. Everyone was so friendly and explain to me thoroughly the process of the loan. It was clear and reasonable. They are willing to really help you. Seriously it was fantastic will be coming back soon!

The worst loan place ever dealt with. You end up paying 4-5 times what you borrowed. Even when you pay over your scheduled payment. They do compoundimg interest on your loan. Customer service is the worst experience you can have.
