Worst Customer service I have ever experienced they act like they are doing you a favor acknowledging you when you walk into a branch , they have charged me for insurance policies when I have proven I was carrying more insurance on my ATV than they required , Just pulled my credit report and they are claiming i had a late payment on my vehicle a MONTH after I traded it in to a dealership , Best decision i have ever made switching ALL of my accounts away from this incompetent credit union. taking action now to clear my credit report , only negative thing listed on my entire report is a screw up by this credit union .
They will continue to charge you insurance on your vehicle even if you get a policy. They charge a “$12 convenience fee” for using your credit or debit card to pay a bill. You have to use cash to pay that bill at the actual branch location. Forcing you to get a fee from their ATM if you don’t use Potlatch as your primary bank. THEN each time you call they will give you a 2 minute speech asking you permission to run your card after you’ve already been on hold for 20 minuets.
Worst customer service ever! They are NOT advocates for the customers and they are all about taking advantage of their customers for their benefits! Worst experience! We moved to them to keep our money local, sadly that was the wrong move! Thank you Idaho Credit Union for rescuing us from the hell at potlatch! I am specifically review the post Falls branch! I highly recommend ICCU!!
I have been doing business with this branch for 10 years. I have always had great service from everyone. The only times I have had any kind of problem is when it gets really busy, but all that tells me is that there are a lot of other people who think P1FCU is a great place to do business with also.
For about 10 years now US Bank has been my least favorite bank. This bank just took over that title. Terrible customer service. Not user-friendly at all. For being a local bank, they need better policies for people that move out of state.
They need to make their website consumer friendly... it is the furtherest thing from it... which is a disaster in this day and age! Everything about it is old fashioned and out dated!
Was with P1FCU for 3 months, I have a lot to dislike about P1FCU but what mostly made me irritated is you cant direct deposit into the ATM & The phone app was horrible.
Never had a problem and staff has always been friendly
Still open , horrid service.
