Frankly I am not a fan of this bank. Had a strange issue with the bank manager about 2 weeks back. I have an account with them and "normally" to add funds to the e-banking account one is supposed to add money at the ATM and not at the cashier desk. As I had too many 20 dollar bills I wanted to avoid "feeding" the machine for 3 minutes and asked if they might "wave" the fee to deposit the money at the desk? The manager (an Indian lady) came and said yes but in an unpleasant manner. As if she was doing me a great favor. Frankly I prefer the staff at Wells Fargo - and this little example is NOT the only issue I have had with B.A in the past.

I was just at this Bank of America yesterday and I had the best service ever. Neil was wonderful and a great help to me. He knew exactly what he was talking about and he answered all my questions without me even having to ask. If you want someone who knows their work, I would suggest going to Neil. He is someone who takes pride in their work. Thanks Neil and keep up the great work. Bank of America give Neil a raise. He deserves it! :-)
