UAC are supposed to be helpful and nice. Which by the way they are not. We are reasy to give them the damn car back. This is the last time we deal with them. My fiance found out he has cancer and had to stay chemo which left him not working for a week so we tried to makea payment arrangement for a week later and they refuse to help us. They basixly told us they will take our car away if we dont make a payement they will repo the truck. We have NEVER MADE A LATE PAYMENT OR EVEN MISSES ONE. Sorry car-hop this means we wont suggest anyone to use you because of your partners. UAC can shove your little foney "we will help anyone" up where the sun does not shine!

I bought a vehicle in Sept. 2014. It has had 4 major breakdowns in less that a year and each time Car-Hop has given me the runaround and not really given me help. Even with the warranty, I have had to pay $2,800 out of pocket in order to keep this vehicle running. One on time I was even lied to and told I was no longer under warranty when in truth, when I bought the vehicle they had a deal were the vehicle was covered for the life of the vehicle if making auto payments from the bank and I have been doing that since day 1

If I could give them zero stars I will. To get the paper work I need from them is nearly impossible. To get someone to return a call is impossible To get someone to talk to impossible When you do get someone you get a ghetto lady that yells at you to stop yelling (even though your not) than she hangs up on you. Run. Walk. Take a bus. Do not sign up with UAC

We hit some financial difficulties and had to take a jeep back that was breaking down anyway. And their "manager" of the finance company called and tried to bully my husband and I to try and make us pick the jeep back up. They called all our "references" even though the jeep was in their possession. Never going there again. Unprofessional and rude as f**k
